Our accomplishments will mean nothing if we cannot continue to initiate society's strongest undergraduate men to perpetuate our future. We HAVE to recruit these key players today.

To become Illinois' premier international men's fraternity each member has to create a positive legacy. To do this he must think and act beyond traditional recruitment practices and challenges. Sigma Nu's Values-Based Recruitment has been designed to help collegiate members overcome these challenges. Values-Based Recruitment is the fraternity world's most cutting edge recruitment program and serves to secure both the quality and quantity of the membership at Sigma Nu Illinois.

The future of our chapter lies in our ability to attract quality leaders, share with them Sigma Nu's benefits and lasting memories, introduce them to fellow members and then ask them to evaluate us as we evaluate them.
